Proposals are serious stuff, but something we thoroughly enjoy creating! We’re experts at developing winning proposals and grant/funding submissions that help clients to secure work and deliver services in highly competitive environments. Our experience includes government tenders and business to business proposals across various industry sectors in Australia, the UK and a number of countries in the EU with contract values that range from around $500k to over $1 billion.
Our work ranges the spectrum: from managing the proposal process (including EOI/RFI/RFQ/RFP), co-creating the win strategy, creating content for an entire proposal, and just focusing on writing specific bid sections. We also assist with cost proposals, including sourcing prices from vendors. But whatever the scale or circumstance, we:

Because proposals are key to gaining new business or retaining current clients, we come well-prepared and work in a considered, consultative fashion with your senior management and subject matter experts. In practice, this means we work with them to 'answer the exam question' that can mean creating new content, drafting explanatory diagrams, reworking previously prepared content or rewriting in 'proposal style' your existing policies/procedures and processes.
We also support clients with a range of communications services. This includes writing/editing annual reports through to producing content for marketing collateral (e.g. capability statements, case studies, brochures, blogs, and posters), award submissions, editorials for trade magazines, discussion papers, government inquiry responses, and other documents that matter. Our internationally experienced graphics and editing team are also on hand to get the right output delivered when required.
